Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be implementing, managing and optimising advertising campaigns. You will be expected to cost-effectively handle the marketing campaigns of a portfolio of clients and compile progress and strategy documents on a regular basis. From time to time you will be asked to attend industry events like Google Partner events and represent the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting and effectively managing paid media campaigns: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Amazon, Linkedin, Twitter, Google Display Network and other platforms.
  • Managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics projects.
  • Establishing targets and managing budgets.
  • Setting up paid search campaigns by conducting keyword research and creating relevant ads, whilst ensuring effective campaign and keyword structures.
  • Proactively keeping up to date with new developments in PPC and actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improve our services.

You will work closely with the sales team by:

  • Processing PPC audits for new clients.
  • Helping to form proposals.
  • Helping with or attending pitches.

Skills & Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience of managing multiple clients’ paid media accounts including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Amazon, LinkedIn, Twitter.
  • Have a good understanding of marketing in general and be able to communicate strategies to clients effectively.
  • Be able to carry out comprehensive conversion rate analysis and ROI tracking for clients’ PPC accounts.
  • Working knowledge of PPC, SEO, Web Analytics, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
  • Be Google Ads and Google Analytics qualified.
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (Setting up Goals, Ecommerce Tracking, Custom Dimensions etc).
  • Proficiency with advanced Google Ads features, such as display, advanced bidding strategies, shopping campaigns.
  • Good organisational skills and the proven ability to execute successful PPC strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentational skills are also required.

The Junior PPC Executive role gives entry-level and more junior practitioners the opportunity to learn and develop their digital media skills in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment.
The role is primarily focused on supporting the Account Manager/s and Director in the implementation, optimisation and performance of PPC campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign activation and optimisation across all relevant media channels, primarily taking ownership of search, and supporting on social and video where necessary.
  • Channel planning support, primarily providing insights to feed into all elements of client strategy and planning.
  • Support the performance forecasting and delivery, with focus on meeting client KPIs and performance targets.
  • Support on delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights.
  • Optimising campaign parameters to improve performance on a weekly basis within campaign platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook or Linkedin.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background preferred.
  • Prior paid search experience preferred.
  • All academic backgrounds will be considered.
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.
  • Any digital media experience e.g freelance, personal projects etc. will also be of interest.

We’re looking for a mid to senior level JavaScript developer who is looking to join an exciting product team.

You’ll be collaborative by nature and will be happy working with designers and other engineers to define new features and how they work. You’ll be able to scale a product and identify performance issues before they’ve occurred.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and building new features based on customer and user insight.
  • Providing the team with valuable contributions on the product’s architecture and the team’s process.
  • Identifying and solving scalability and performance issues.
  • Undertaking a test-driven approach to development, writing testable code and automation tests.

Our Product team is growing fast, with some distinct areas of responsibility (user, customer and platform).

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience writing JavaScript and building interactive SPAs with frameworks including Backbone and React.
  • Experience writing modular CSS using pre/post-processors.
  • A good understanding of Cypress, D3, Lodash and Babel.
  • An understanding of Backend techs (Ruby, Mongo DB, Resque, Heroku, Redis AWS and Cloudinary) is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be able to take complex ideas and communicate them in a clear and concise way.
  • You’ll be collaborative by nature – you can form strong and trusting relationships with your own team and other departments, including the sales and customer success functions.
