Senior Account Manager
Com a Senior Account Manager seràs responsable d’implementar, gestionar i optimitzar campanyes d’anuncis a diverses platformes entre les quals Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon, Linkedin o Snapchat. Hauràs de gestionar campanyes de diversos clients, i regularment generar informes de progrés i de resultats, aixi com documents d’estratègia. En ocasions tindràs l’oportunitat d’assistir a events com per exemples conferències del programa de Google Partners, i representar Fleepsy Digital allà.
Responsabilitats:
- Configurar i gestionar campanyes de màrqueting: Google Ads, Google Shopping, Bing Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google Display Network i d’altres plataformes.
- Configuració i manteniment de projects de Google Tag Manager i Google Analytics.
- Definició d’objectius i gestió de pressupostos.
- Crear campanyes de màrqueting en gestors de cerca com Google o Bing; recerca de paraules clau i creació d’anuncis; manteniment d’estructures efectives de campanyes i paraules clau.
- Mantenir-se al dia respecte de nous desenvolupaments, tècniques i funcionalitats en el camp de campanyes de publicitat. Fer, de manera activa, recerca, proves i propostes sobre noves estratègies per millorar els nostres serveis.
Col·laboraràs amb l’equip comercial en les següents tasques:
- Fer auditories de comptes de publicitat per a nous clients.
- Col·laborar en la creació de noves propostes comercials.
- Ajudar o assistir a presentacions comercials.
>Capacitats i experiència:
- 3-4 anys d’experiència en la gestió de comptes de clients a Google Ads i Facebook, entre d’altres plataformes.
- Bon coneixement de marquèting en general i ser capaç de comunicar estratègies a clients d’una manera efectiva.
- Capacitat d’executar complexos anàlisis de dades per identificar noves oportunitats d’optimització de campanyes PPC.
- Experiència professional en Web Analytics i CRO.
- Qualificacions de Google Ads i Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with advanced Google Ads features, such as display, advanced bidding strategies, shopping campaigns.
- Capacitat organitzativa i atenció al detall són claus per aquesta posició.
- Excel·lent capacitat communicativa en anglès.
Gestor Junior de campanyes PPC
The Junior PPC Executive role gives entry-level and more junior practitioners the opportunity to learn and develop their digital media skills in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment.
The role is primarily focused on supporting the Account Manager/s and Director in the implementation, optimisation and performance of PPC campaigns for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign activation and optimisation across all relevant media channels, primarily taking ownership of search, and supporting on social and video where necessary.
- Channel planning support, primarily providing insights to feed into all elements of client strategy and planning.
- Support the performance forecasting and delivery, with focus on meeting client KPIs and performance targets.
- Support on delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights.
- Optimising campaign parameters to improve performance on a weekly basis within campaign platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook or Linkedin.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background preferred.
- Prior paid search experience preferred.
- All academic backgrounds will be considered.
- Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.
- Any digital media experience e.g freelance, personal projects etc. will also be of interest.
Javascript Developer
We’re looking for a mid to senior level JavaScript developer who is looking to join an exciting product team.
You’ll be collaborative by nature and will be happy working with designers and other engineers to define new features and how they work. You’ll be able to scale a product and identify performance issues before they’ve occurred.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and building new features based on customer and user insight.
- Providing the team with valuable contributions on the product’s architecture and the team’s process.
- Identifying and solving scalability and performance issues.
- Undertaking a test-driven approach to development, writing testable code and automation tests.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years experience writing JavaScript and building interactive SPAs with frameworks including Backbone and React.
- Experience writing modular CSS using pre/post-processors.
- A good understanding of Cypress, D3, Lodash and Babel.
- An understanding of Backend techs (Ruby, Mongo DB, Resque, Heroku, Redis AWS and Cloudinary) is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be able to take complex ideas and communicate them in a clear and concise way.
- You’ll be collaborative by nature – you can form strong and trusting relationships with your own team and other departments, including the sales and customer success functions.
